Kathryn helps clients navigate real estate matters, such as representation of both purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Practicing in Sarasota since 1982 and with experience in virtually all aspects of  real estate transactions, Kathryn is board certified in both real estate law and condominium and planned development law.

Clients also turn to Kathryn for her extensive experience in:

  • The acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of both residential and commercial projects
  • Securitized financing and bond financing
  • Submitting property for a condominium form of ownership
  • Legal planning advice to protect clients’ families and assets
  • Advising clients as to the effects of the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSFDA) and the Florida Land Sales Act

Outside of the office, Kathryn enjoys art and fishing.
