Focusing her practice on business and real estate litigation, Kathryn advocates for a variety of clients in civil matters related to contracts, collections, and evictions in state and federal court. With more than a decade in practice, Kathryn represents a diverse range of clients in state and federal court. Her practice encompasses business disputes, contracts, collections, evictions, and other complex civil disputes.

Kathryn contributes her time to various professional and philanthropic organizations. She serves as the Vice Chair of the Business Law Section of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and is a member of The Collective at Bay Area Legal Services. She formerly served on the Hillsborough County Bar Association's Pro-Bono 5k Run Committee and as a board member of Remember Honor Support, a nonprofit dedicated to memorializing 9/11. She loves walking around St. Petersburg and checking out new restaurants with her husband.

Representative Matters
- Successfully defended Florida construction company in lawsuit for tortious interference with contractual rights resulting in an agreement with no payment to be made by construction company.
- Defended local business owner and philanthropist at jury trial regarding the guaranty of a business loan. During trial, the court granted defendant's motion to limit the plaintiff's damages resulting in a settlement.
- Successfully defended Florida business in federal lawsuit regarding misleading advertising claims under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and the federal Lanham Act.
- Successfully represented defendant in lawsuit by plaintiff seeking to recover quiet title to real property based on a fraudulent deed. As lead counsel at trial, obtained a judgment entirely in the client's favor.
- Represented Pinellas family-owned business against injury lawsuit which resulted in a favorable settlement agreement before trial. Business owner was individually dismissed from lawsuit early on due to motion filed.
- Represented Pasco bar against injury lawsuit that resulted in a very favorable settlement before trial wherein plaintiff did not recover any damages from client. Business manager was individually dismissed from lawsuit per the granting of a summary judgment motion in his favor.
- Served as lead counsel for lender in action to enforce loan agreements against multiple defendants and guarantor. The litigation resulted in a half- million dollar settlement that was also collected on for the client.
- Served as lead counsel in litigation against client's former business partner and entity, resulting in favorable settlement agreement before trial.
