Kristen is an intellectual property (IP) attorney who focuses her practice on the prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications; infringement studies; and trademark, copyright, trade secret, and related IP matters. She is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
She is experienced in various technologies, including:
- Automotive components
- Manufacturing handling equipment and conveying systems
- Packaging
- Climate control systems and heat exchangers
- Compressors, fuel cells; dust collection and air filtration systems
- Metal forming and plastic forming, battery systems, kitchen appliances, robotic systems, software and application systems, and gas pipeline systems
Kristen holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has experience as a project engineer in the building materials industry. Additionally, she is a registered engineer-in-training.
When Kristen is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, cooking, and rooting for her favorite Ohio sports teams.
