Michael H. Robbins

A member of the Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, Michael's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating contracts, and assisting clients in compliance with federal and state securities laws and corporate governance issues. He has substantial experience representing private equity and venture capital funds in connection with the legal aspects of their investments into issuers and in representing issuers raising capital from private equity and venture capital funds.

Michael provides ongoing representation to clients in sectors such as:

  • Manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment in the areas of consumer products
  • Health care IT software and related services
  • Wholesale and retail food production
  • Private equity funds and family offices that have invested in the health care sector and commercial real estate
  • Small businesses, including numerous physician employment practices, in addressing day-to-day concerns between directors or shareholders or with employees

Michael enjoys attending concerts and sporting events and traveling with his family with a goal to see every national park together.
