Nick is a member of the Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, assisting clients with legal matters ranging from entity formation to mergers and acquisitions. He has experience representing and counseling privately held companies in a variety of transactional matters.
As outside counsel, Nick helps clients traverse through corporate governance, commercial contract matters, and other legal matters that arise across various business sectors. His transactional experience includes:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate governance
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Corporate formation and reorganization
Prior to his legal career, Nick worked as a high school teacher and baseball coach. Outside of practicing law, Nick competes in endurance events, including running and triathlon, and is a passionate advocate for pet adoption. Nick and his wife live in a suburb of Toledo with many, many dogs.
