A partner in the Litigation & Disputes Service Line, Nick has extensive experience consulting with clients and litigating a broad range of commercial, appellate, and Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) issues. His commercial and appellate practice involves litigating and consulting on numerous business torts, contract disputes, trade secret claims, and non-competition and non-disclosure covenants.
Nick's ERISA practice includes litigating, arbitrating, and consulting on cases involving withdrawal liability, delinquent contributions, benefit interpleaders, and subrogation.
With his primary academic passions lying in history and government, Nick felt a predisposition to the legal profession. While at Boston College Law School, Nick was the managing editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review. When not at work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing competitive squash and softball, and following his favorite Detroit sports teams. He also appreciates his time outdoors hiking and backpacking, including in such faraway places as Isle Royale National Park and the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
