Tommy is a corporate transactional attorney representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing, and private market securities matters across a variety of industries. Healso serves as outside general counsel for many of his clients, handling matters ranging from entity formation, contract drafting, day-to-day operational issues, and business disputes.

Tommy’s practice also focuses on nonprofit corporations, including serving on the Florida Bar Chapter 617 Task Force preparing reform legislation for Florida's Not For Profit Corporations statute. In addition, he serves as a co-author of the Florida Bar's Florida Corporate Practice manual.

While attending Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., Tommy served as a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts and on the Advisory Board of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors — Tampa Bay Chapter. Tommy also previously served on the Board of Directors of the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts.

Born and raised in Tampa, he was the worst player on the Sickles High School basketball team for two consecutive years. His golf game is mediocre at best.
