A determined and persistent litigator, Clark is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line, where he is focused on defending clients in medical malpractice cases, medical device litigation, and catastrophic personal injury litigation. Clients turn to him for his conscientious and meticulous work ethic when handling the matters at hand.
Prior to joining Shumaker, Clark worked at a law firm, where he handled workers’ compensation defense, and he was a law clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeal for Judge Mark Davis
Outside the courtroom, Clark can be found spending time with his wife and daughter and volunteering for charities in the Charlotte community. In addition, Clark is a big sports fan, supporting the Panthers, Hornets, and Tar Heels.
