Mary B. Catala

Associate

Mary is a member of the Litigation and Disputes Service Line and centers her practice around creditor's rights issues and commercial litigation matters, as well as general corporate matters.  Having previously practiced in Rhode Island, she has a background in civil litigation involving  business and health care entities. Mary also has represented receivers managing troubled companies.

Mary's legal experience spans a variety of litigation areas and transactional matters, such as:

  • State agency hearings
  • Business acquisitions
  • Contract drafting
  • Commercial real estate transactions
  • Commercial financing

Mary enjoys reading, spending time with family, traveling, attending sporting events, and outdoor activities such as biking, rollerblading, and playing golf.
