A dedicated attorney whose entrepreneurial mindset guides his practice, Reinaldo is an Associate in Shumaker’s Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line, where he focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters.
Prior to attending law school, Reinaldo co-founded and operated two small businesses; this experience led to a budding passion for assisting business owners in navigating complex legal processes across various stages of growth. While in law school, Reinaldo served as a staff editor on The Florida State University Law Review and earned book awards in Mergers & Acquisitions and Family Law. He additionally clerked with a securities litigation firm and participated in Shumaker’s summer associate program in its Tampa office.
In his free time, Reinaldo enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
