Tommy is a corporate transactional attorney representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, financing, securities, and general corporate matters.
Tommy maintains a comprehensive corporate practice with a focus on middle-market M&A, private equity, venture and growth financings, and complex commercial transactions. He counsels companies throughout all stages of their life cycle, from formation and governance to capital structuring, strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and exit events, as well as on day-to-day corporate matters and business disputes.
Born and raised in Tampa, he was the worst player on the Sickles High School basketball team for two consecutive years. His golf game is mediocre at best.
