A life-long Charlestonian with over two decades of experience, Felix primarily focuses his practice on estate planning and probate administration, tax-exempt entity matters, taxation, business law, and property tax matters.
His practice encompasses all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters; tax-exempt entity matters; federal, state, and local tax planning, tax controversy matters, like-kind exchanges, and property tax matters; corporate and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and business succession planning; and alcohol licensing matters.
Outside of work, Felix enjoys golf, tennis, snow skiing, squash, running, boating, and spending time with his family.
