With more than 15 years of practice in corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions, Will successfully counsel clients in all aspects of public and private company representation.

Will's practice is focused on:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Private placements
  • Reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
  • General corporate governance matters

Will is a graduate of the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where he served as galleys editor of the Florida Law Review and as an executive board member of the University of Florida Trial Team. He was a judicial intern for the Honorable Maurice M. Paul, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Florida and a pro bono volunteer for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Will enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
